How to start an IG project?

IG projects are .. initiatives. They might become projects but other forms are possible too. IG projects are always interdisciplinary, they must include stakeholders from all business units. Purely IT driven IG initiatives normally fail. All IG projects should end in IG programs because IG is an ongoing commitment and obligation of every enterprise.

What is an IG project?

This is the first question to be answered in your initiative. Every organization defines their own set of goals and priorities. We help with a methodological approach which allows to address all necessary topics and issues.

IG - a product?

NO, no product vendor can sell you IG. IG is a subset of Corporate Governance which includes strategy, risk & compliance management and other activities. IG goals might be supported by enabling tools from the information management and security domains, but this is not a compulsory requirement.
