by | 27.5.2021 | Uncategorized | 0 comments

The Swiss Information Governance Competence Centre (krm) will be one of the first CH companies to fully digitize its shares as part of its conversion into a public limited company (AG). The krm will hold its shares on the digital share platform daura (https://www.daura.ch/) and is thus optimally positioned for the future and for further expansion steps.

Update: Registered June 17th, 2021 (Swiss Business Register).

Bruno Wildhaber, Managing Partner:
As a leading consulting firm in the field of information governance and digitization, we play a pioneering role. Digitization can only work if all areas of the company are involved. With this step, we are combining information and corporate governance. It will be easier for partners and investors to place investments and participate in the company and its success..
